Delivery within Germany takes 1-3 business days. Throughout Europe it takes 2-10 business days.

The shipping costs within Germany are 4,90€ and outside Germany between 8,90 - 9,90€ .

Exchange
We grant our customers a right of exchange if they do not like it. However, there is only the possibility of exchange for other goods or for a voucher that can be redeemed at the next purchase in your store.

We grant our customers a right of return, i.e. the customer may also return the goods if they are not satisfied. We will refund the purchase price within 5 days after the date of purchase.
